Privacy Notice

This notice describes the current privacy practices for ShiloIntel Revenue Autopilot, a product operated by ShilohIQ LLC. It is written for the current private-preview architecture. If data collection, persistence, delivery, analytics, or marketing practices materially change, this notice should be updated before those changes are enabled.
Audience
ShiloIntel is intended for general business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the assessment. If we learn that information was submitted by a child under 13 in circumstances where applicable law requires action, we will take appropriate steps consistent with that law.
Information we may collect
The public informational site is designed to operate without advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send.
The Revenue Leak assessment is designed to accept a bounded set of business-context and assessment fields. Depending on the feature gates enabled at the time, those fields may include business name, business website, industry, country code, approximate lead/revenue bands, an email address for requested results, consent selections, and answers to the assessment questions.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, customer lists, regulated records, or other sensitive information through the free assessment.
Current private-preview controls
The assessment, persistence, report generation, customer delivery, and checkout are separate feature gates. They are disabled by default and are not activated merely by visiting this informational site.
When assessment scoring is enabled without persistence, the score can be calculated without default database persistence or email delivery side effects.
AI-assisted narrative boundary
Where AI-supported narrative generation is intentionally enabled, ShiloIntel's architecture prepares a redacted narrative package. The AI narrative package excludes business name, email address, website, raw assessment answers, consent fields, country, and revenue-band data. The model may explain approved deterministic findings but may not calculate or change scores, invent benchmarks or money estimates, promise outcomes, or decide whether a report is delivered.
How information may be used
- to provide a requested assessment result or related service when the applicable feature is enabled;
- to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the ShiloIntel service;
- to prevent abuse, duplicate processing, and unauthorized use;
- to respond to support, privacy, security, or business inquiries; and
- for marketing only where a separate optional marketing consent applies.
Retention and deletion
Assessment persistence is a separate feature and remains disabled by default. Where persistence is later enabled, ShiloIntel uses bounded retention controls rather than indefinite retention. The production retention period must be approved before persistence is activated. When retained personal information is no longer intended to be maintained, records are designed to be deleted, de-identified, or otherwise made unreadable in accordance with the applicable retention and security process.
Service providers
ShiloIntel may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database operations, transactional email, and AI-supported narrative generation. Provider integrations are separately gated and configured with restricted credentials and least-privilege access where supported.
Security
ShiloIntel uses layered controls intended to limit exposure, including HTTPS, isolated internal services, request-size limits, origin and session checks, rate limits, restricted database roles, redaction boundaries, deterministic QA, and separately gated report delivery. Reasonable procedures and safeguards are intended to be maintained in proportion to the information handled. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Consent to receive a requested result is separate from optional marketing consent. You may decline optional marketing without changing the scoring logic of the assessment.
Where applicable law gives you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with you, you may submit a request to info@shilohintel.com. We may need to verify the request and may limit or deny a request where applicable law permits.
