These Terms of Use apply to the ShiloIntel Revenue Autopilot informational site and assessment experience operated by ShilohIQ LLC.
Intended audience
ShiloIntel is intended for general business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. If you use the service on behalf of a business or other organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide the information you submit and to act for that organization as applicable.
Purpose of the assessment
The Revenue Leak assessment provides directional operational guidance based on the information supplied through the assessment. It is designed to identify areas that may merit structured review across lead response, follow-up, conversion visibility, payment recovery, and retention.
The assessment does not prove that money was lost, does not calculate a monetary opportunity by default, and does not guarantee that any recommendation will produce a particular business outcome.
No professional advice
ShiloIntel content and assessment results are informational and operational in nature. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any result and for obtaining appropriate professional advice when needed.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information you are authorized to provide.
- Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, customer lists, regulated records, malware, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, session controls, access controls, or other security measures.
- Do not use the service to interfere with or probe systems beyond the functionality intentionally made available to you.
Service availability
Private-preview and production features may be enabled, disabled, limited, changed, or withdrawn as the service is tested and improved. Features such as persistence, report generation, customer delivery, and checkout are separately controlled and may not be available even when the informational site is available.
Assessment and report integrity
Assessment scoring is based on deterministic application logic. Where AI-supported explanation is enabled, it is bounded to explaining approved findings and cannot change scores, invent benchmarks, promise outcomes, or decide delivery.
Intellectual property
ShiloIntel, Revenue Autopilot, the site design, assessment content, reports, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ShilohIQ LLC except where third-party rights are identified. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Business conditions vary, and assessment results depend on the information supplied. ShilohIQ LLC does not promise a particular revenue, savings, conversion, retention, or operational outcome.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as ShiloIntel moves from private preview toward broader availability. The effective date above should be changed when material revisions are published.
