Structured assessment
A short, 15-question assessment reviews lead response, follow-up, conversion visibility, payment recovery, and retention practices.
ShiloIntel uses a structured Revenue Leak assessment to surface gaps across lead response, follow-up, conversion visibility, payment recovery, and retention. Scores and recommendations are deterministic; the assessment does not invent a dollar-loss estimate.
A short, 15-question assessment reviews lead response, follow-up, conversion visibility, payment recovery, and retention practices.
Risk, health, category, finding, and action scores are calculated from fixed application logic rather than generated by an AI model.
Where AI-supported explanation is enabled, it may explain approved deterministic findings but cannot change scores, invent benchmarks, promise outcomes, or decide delivery.
The assessment architecture is designed so scoring can operate without default persistence or email side effects. Identity/contact data, raw answers, consent fields, country, and revenue-band data are excluded from the AI narrative package.
